Aside from being a part of of Chick Corea’s groundbreaking group Return To Forever – just like Stanley Clarke – Lenny White is also the drummer on a majority of the genre-defining albums of the entire jazz/fusion movement, including not least Jaco Pastorius’ acclaimed self-titled debut album from 1976 and the Miles Davis Bitches Brew album from 1970.

In collaboration with Niels Lan Doky International Jazz Collective the museum also presents former Prince drummer David “Fingers” Haynes and French bass virtuoso François Moutin on 6 October.
