American jazz/fusion guitarist Mike Stern is widely acclaimed as one of the most innovative, influential and original guitarists of his generation. When first exposed to a larger audience as a member of Miles Davis’ celebrated comeback band of the early 1980s, Stern’s personal and refreshing blend of rock, blues and jazz influences didn’t sound like anything anyone had ever heard before.

French/Martinican percussionist Mino Cinelu is arguably the world’s most prominent today. He rose to fame after joining Miles Davis’ band and appearing on the critically acclaimed We Want Miles album from 1982. Subsequently he was in the group Weather Report and has since collaborated with Sting, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Earth, Wind & Fire and many others.

French bassist François Moutin is among the most spectacular virtuosos ever heard on his instrument. After earning a doctorate in physics at age 24 he decided to become a full time musician and joined legendary French pianist Martial Solal’s Trio. Since then, he has toured worldwide with a who’s who in jazz including Peter Erskine, Randy Brecker, Michel Legrand, Niels Lan Doky and many more.
