    • Your consent
    • Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party

    7. Where we have obtained your consent for part of our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

    • Louisiana does not assume responsibility for printing errors or subsequent price changes.

    • Student tickets are only valid upon presentation of a valid student card.
    • Members’ guest tickets are only valid when visiting together with the associated member, which is stated when purchasing the ticket.

    • Event tickets (PDF file sent via email) must either be brought in printed form on plain white paper in readable quality or shown on a smartphone with an intact screen at the entrance.

    • If an event is moved or changed, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date, unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
  • Membership (Louisiana Card)

The validity of a membership is defined based on the type of membership purchased and the payment method chosen (see Payment of membership below).

      • As a member of Louisiana, you will receive your own membership card either physically (only at the museum) or digitally sent to the specified email address provided upon purchase. The membership can then be added to the Louisiana app.
      • Depending on which membership you have purchased, you will receive a wide range of benefits only for members. The benefits that apply to the different memberships are stated on the purchase page for each membership. These benefits may change during the lifetime of your membership.
      • By creating a membership, you agree to receive information about the renewal and expiration of your membership.
      • As a buyer, you must provide various personal information (e.g. name, email address, address, date of birth, etc.) about yourself and possibly further information related to your membership.
      • You must enter such information correctly, as it may not be possible to make changes after you have made your purchase.

    Payment of membership

      • When creating and purchasing a membership, you choose whether the membership should be automatically renewed each year. Please note that some types of membership are only offered as a subscription and can therefore only be purchased with automatic renewal. By purchasing a membership with automatic renewal or as a subscription, you agree that money can be automatically deducted from your payment card each time the membership is renewed.
      • The interval for when money is deducted from your card will be stated when purchasing the membership and on the receipt for your purchase. You can change your associated payment card by logging into Louisiana’s website, where you can manage your membership, or by contacting the Louisiana Club.
      • The membership is binding and cannot be refunded during the validity period. You can cancel your membership at any time during the validity period in keeping with the end date you have paid for, unless otherwise stated when purchasing the membership. Cancellation can be made on Louisiana’s website, where you can manage your membership, or by personally contacting the museum using the contact information provided below.
      • You have the right to cancel your purchase of a membership with Louisiana within 14 days. You can only use your right of cancellation if you have not yet used your membership. In practice, this means that you have purchased a membership, but that you have not yet visited Louisiana or otherwise made use of the benefits associated with your membership.
      • If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must – before you start using the membership and before the expiry of the 14-day period – notify the provider of this in an unambiguous written statement, who will then refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which your notice of withdrawal is received.

Your membership is strictly personal and may only be used by you.

      • As the cardholder, you are solely responsible for the lawful use of the card.
      • If the card is used by someone other than yourself, this will be considered abuse of the membership, which will result in immediate withdrawal of the membership and termination of the membership.
      • Louisiana also reserves the right to withdraw the membership and terminate your membership without notice if you exhibit unacceptable behavior at our locations.
      • If you have any concerns, problems or questions regarding the automatic renewal of your membership, please contact us. (see below).
  • Membership as a gift

    • A membership purchased as a gift is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
    • From redemption, a membership card is valid for the period applicable to the specific membership. The expiration date will be stated on the membership.
    • The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • Order confirmation

    • Once you have purchased a membership (Louisiana Card) or ticket and provided your payment information, you will receive an order confirmation in the form of a confirmation page and/or email.
    • Your order may not be valid if you do not receive an order confirmation, or if you experience an error message or other service interruption after purchasing and providing your payment information.
    • It is your responsibility to verify and confirm that your membership or ticket order was received, as you may be the only one aware of any problems that occurred during the ordering process.
    • Louisiana is not responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) for a membership or ticket order for which you have not received an order confirmation.
