Louisiana Evening
Invite your colleagues, business associates or partners to a special Louisiana evening. Together, you can experience the atmosphere, get a guided tour and a snack / light dinner in the Cafe.
A Louisiana Evening is a special offer for companies/groups that includes entrance to the museum and a guided tour with one of Louisiana’s experienced art educators. The evening ends with a snack/glass of wine or a light dinner in Louisiana’s atmospheric Café.
Community and dialogue
As part of a Louisiana Evening, one of the museum's art educators will delve into the works and themes of an exhibition. This will take place in dialogue with the group and thus set to be an inspiring, shared art experience – suitable as a professional feature, networking activity or a different kind of company visit.
Exhibitions: In late summer you can choose between guided tours of Lucian Freud's exceptional and sensual portraits and (from mid-September) the exhibition of the Spanish-Mexican surrealist Remedios Varos and her mysterious and poetic universe.
The visit ends in Louisiana Café, where you can choose to enjoy a 2-course dinner together or a lighter menu with a glass of wine and a snack.

Number: A Louisiana Evening requires a minimum of 10 participants
When: Tuesday-Friday with tour starting at 16:00 or 17:00
Price:
Option 1: DKK 330 per person. The price includes entrance, tour by Louisiana art mediator at an exhibition and afterwards a glass of wine and snack in Louisiana Café.
Option 2: DKK 586 per person. The price includes entrance, tour by Louisiana art mediator at a current special exhibition and afterwards a 2-course dinner, water and a glass of wine in Louisiana Café.
Time: The tour must be booked 10 days before the visit.
If cancelled up to 7 business days before, the full amount will be refunded minus 15%. After this time, the full amount will be invoiced.
